We believe that corporate and educational outcomes land best when they’re played for, not pushed for.
We work with forward-thinking organisations and educators looking to spark genuine innovation with ease, transforming initiatives and content into down-to-earth games which naturally and effortlessly guide participants towards the outcomes that matter most.

What you can expect when you play with us
Human-centred Design
Our experiences encourage immediate and authentic collaboration between people, sparking out-of-this-world ideas through a down-to-earth approach.
Purposeful engagement
We value and respect human intelligence and connection. Our approach isn’t about chasing attention, but about facilitating genuine breakthroughs.
Engineered intention
Every element and mechanic of our gamified experiences is intentionally designed to function like a working model of the challenge that our games represent.
Joyful participation
We create space for people to be themselves, to laugh, and to bond, because we believe that learning is impossible when people are bored.
Our Journey
Formerly known as Girls in Charge Initiative, Gamechangers builds on its success and learnings to bring the impact of gamification into every room where people learn and collaborate. With over eight years of international experience, we’ve delivered workshops to more than 7,000 participants through 70+ global partnerships with leading corporations, universities and schools, including the London School of Economics, Ferrero, Majid Al Futtaim, Tatler, and more.
Having been recognised through the Northern Power Women Commended Award for Innovation and Oxford University Vice Chancellor’s Social Impact Awards, we pride ourselves on our commitment to upskilling people from all backgrounds. Our roots in impact keep us grounded as we grow, and The Girls in Charge Initiative continues to operate as the dedicated impact branch within
Gamechangers, with the aim of inspiring leadership and driving change.
