We turned the brief into The Great MAF Sustainability Trading Game, a fast-paced experience where teams used limited credits to trade resources, stakeholders, and infrastructure. The gameplay mirrored real-world sustainability challenges like scarcity, collaboration, and shared responsibility. Our facilitators adapted live to the room, introducing twists that kept energy high and ideas flowing.
